The mobile Loop-X imaging robot uses smart automation technologies to improve the intraoperative imaging process. With its compact footprint and clear, lightweight construction, the device for 2D and 3D imaging integrates seamlessly into existing operating theatres. The radial design of the tilting gantry enables independent movement of radiation source and detector providing new possibilities for patient positioning and imaging setups. Robotic positioning functionality allows for automated driving between imaging and parking positions. The system is controlled wirelessly with a tablet.
