This high-impact swatch book for Materica literally passes through the material: a crater, made up of eight colours in each of the three substances, seems to deeply reach into the centre of the Earth – passing through images of landscapes, items, and odd, unexpected situations implemented with a convincing combination of printing techniques to highlight the material identity of this paper. Materica, a rough yet seductive paper, stimulates the sense of touch in a unique and natural way. It is a paper only simple in appearance, but in reality very technical and extremely versatile, perfect for packaging given its long fibres.
