Four students developed a new generation of rolling stock for the Wuppertal suspension monorail. In cooperation with the municipal utilities organisation WSW and the citizens of Wuppertal a user-oriented concept was developed, which was then published as a book. The focus shifts its emphasis from the technology to the end-user and textually as well as visually bridges the gap between the concept of an industrial design project and a committed target audience. The concisely designed book stands out due to its high-quality processing.
