Koffy is a premium coffee beverage developed for Paris Baguette and is available in the two flavours of Caramel Macchiato and Café Latte. At first sight it stands out with the characteristically simple and eye-catching form of the bottle. In conjunction with the logo, which is based on the typical crack of a coffee bean, the ovoid shape of the bottle acquires the overall appearance of a coffee bean, thus making it blend symbolically with its very content. The bottle itself is made of glass and thus 100 per cent biodegradable. The clarity of the typeface also hints at the idea of a pleasant-tasting coffee beverage that comes in a conveniently sized bottle. These various sophisticatedly harmonised qualities manifest themselves in the design concept as successful interplay between packaging design and content, lending the product design a consistent brand identity that piques consumer interest and curiosity.
