These 2 mm thick, uncoated carbon steel frying pans are energy-efficient and, with every use, develop a natural non-stick layer, called patina. The darker the patina, the better the non-stick properties – a process that makes the pan especially durable. The long handle, attached with stainless steel rivets to the pan, allows the space-saving stacking of different sized pans. In order to ensure that the heat of the pan is not transferred to the cast handle, the handle forks out and tapers toward the rim of the pan.
