“Best of Asia 2013 – Harmony” marks a new gourmet experience provided by four Michelin chefs who hail from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea. To present four individual talents collaborating on an incredible mission, the documentary film accompanies them during the experiment of having them create a set meal together and conveys an insight into the great variety of Asian cuisine. Statements by the chefs illustrate their unique styles and philosophies. The film uses close-ups, contrasted with time-lapse sequences such as the laying of the tables.
