In this dramatic but funny short film, making a simple purchase triggers a life-changing decision. In need of a new mattress, a man visits a shop, hoping to quickly find one that fits in his apartment. Through a long purchasing process with an oblivious clerk, the viewers learn that he has recently been divorced and had bought a mattress with his wife at the same shop two years earlier. The man gradually realises the implications of buying a twin-sized mattress with a thirty-year warranty. By finally signing his name, he subconsciously accepts that he will be sleeping alone for the rest of his life.
