Ease and innovation of movement are cornerstones of the Rimowa brand. When overhauling its Instagram account as part of the brand relaunch, and in order to reinforce the products’ status, the aim was an innovative, social-first way of communicating. 3D animations and motion graphics were created that reinterpreted the iconic luggage in the form of rich and playful visualisations that skirt the lines between art and commercialism. Reflecting the evolving role of 3D in visual culture, the campaign turned quickly into a community-driven initiative, skyrocketing engagement rates.
