The modern design of the Song Chinese Cuisine restaurant reinterprets an ancient Chinese legend with materials such as stainless steel bricks and glass. The dining area is dominated by a large art installation titled “Crane Wing”, which is made of numerous finely wrought feathers. In conjunction with the lighting of the restaurant it turns into a marvellously shimmering object. The walls are curved and, together with the slender copper columns, create a unique room experience which is reinforced by a number of mirrored elements.
