The form of this steamer is taken from that of a Tajine, so that the original taste of the food cooked in it is preserved. In order to reduce loss of nutrients, the appliance combines a method which makes use of the distillation cycle with Tajine-style steam pressure cooking. By this means, the electric steam boiler also simplifies the preparation of traditional Chinese dishes and makes them healthier.
