This poster series supports the idea that the basic interests of animals should be afforded the same consideration as similar interests of human beings. Each poster shows the silhouette of an injured hand, which, at a closer look, resembles an animal: a dog, a deer, a turtle. On the one hand, the images attract attention by inviting people to decipher the peculiar forms. On the other hand, they evoke sensations of pain familiar to the observer and thus draw a striking analogy between human and animal suffering.
