The design relaunch of the WeTransfer brand identity centres on the perception of the service as a creative platform. The role of the logo is to reflect the ideas of creative excellence and the craft behind it, as well as the collaborative nature of the file-transferring service. This was realised by developing a simple logo with a communicative, friendly and adaptable appearance. By dropping the word “transfer” in the logo, the company’s role in bringing people together is highlighted. Bold, rounded characters ensure the logo’s legibility in various sizes and on different devices.
