ISEA belongs to the most important international festivals for electronic art. As a project of RUHR.2010 – European Capital of Culture, it took place in Germany for the first time and presented the latest developments of international media art in Dortmund, Essen and Duisburg. Central topic of the design were picture elements that illuminate the connection and the fragmentation of media art. All communication media, including posters, print advertisements and the website, were designed with its own individual composition of pixels.
