Volume 29 of the “Typotron-Hefte” series deals with the Drei Weieren, a recreational area close to St. Gallen, Switzerland. Several images and a text written by a local author introduce this village through the seasons. The main feature of the design is its impressive photography. The edition has a specific format, but since for this volume larger-sized images were to be presented, a special binding technique was employed: there is a poster for every season, which can be folded out. For the typographic design, the Allegra font by graphic designer Jost Hochuli was selected.
