Putting centre stage Vorwerk’s internationality as well as its close connection to the people, which characterises the company’s direct sales, the 2010 annual report focuses on “living environments”. Playful design elements, unusual illustrations and a dash of self-irony underline the individuality of a family-run enterprise and the permitted degrees of freedom within this company. The challenge for the designers was to modernise the existing design concept, yet remain true to its long tradition.
