Gleaming white dominates the ambience of the Zeiss optician store at Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. The soft curves of the shelves and furniture shape the minimalist architecture of the shop in a natural way. The instruments for the eye measurement are an eye-catcher and they are presented and staged as in a show performance: illuminated with white-blue LEDs, the technology is presented in a transparent glass rotunda. Once the customers have a seat, swivelling and height-adjustable measuring instruments take them for a journey into the future of optometry.
