The steam oven combines traditional Chinese cuisine with technical innovation. Unlike other steam ovens, the device has a horizontal opening and can therefore be let-in flush with the kitchen counter. This creates space in the kitchen and ensures easy operation without having to bend down. In order to give the food its original bamboo flavour, traditional bamboo cookware is simply placed in the oven.
