The “Zuckerstücke” exhibition catalogue presents the varied work of paper artist Anne Behrens. Her delicate pieces of art, often made of special paper bags for sugar are meant to come into their own on the book pages. The conceptual idea is to reflect the artist’s work with different qualities of paper and print finishes. Each chapter, for instance, introduces a different type of paper, while quotes are blind stamped and the artist’s signature is hot-foil stamped.
