Eine 60 Jahre alte, verlassene Kosmetikfabrik wurde revitalisiert und dient nun als Co-Working-Space, Kulturort und Ästhetikzentrum. Die Umwandlung fördert die Kulturindustrie, schafft Agglomerationseffekte und bewahrt kollektive Erinnerungen im alten Stadtzentrum.
