What is a non-design hobby or interest that impacts your creativity?
Philosophy, linguistics, and reading classical Eastern texts deeply influence my creative thinking. Studying hidden structures within language and ideas trains me to build brand narratives with clarity and depth. Sometimes, a single line from an old philosophical text becomes the core message of a brand. These outside influences help me design from meaning, not just from form.
What advice would you give your younger self starting out in design?
Think before you make. Don't just focus on how something looks, but ask why it should be that way. Be the kind of designer who questions everything and seeks the essence. Trends and tools will change, but your ability to think clearly and design from reason will carry you forward. Design with conviction, not convenience.
