Julian Herget is Managing Partner at KISKA, responsible for strategic consulting, client partnerships and business growth.  

KISKA is an owner-operated brand and design studio founded in 1990, working across industries from mobility to consumer products. Its teams combine strategy, design and communication to create brand-centric solutions that start from function, behaviour and real user needs.  

Julian joined KISKA in 2003 as an intern, and has since held roles across design, account management, marketing, research, and strategy. Today, he leads as Managing Partner and is a true brand enthusiast. He believes the best outcomes happen when different disciplines sit at the same table early: aligning business priorities, customer reality, and creative ambition into one clear story. 

Across his work, one idea comes up again and again: strong brands don’t come from surface-level styling. They come from consistency, relevance, authenticity…and a product experience that genuinely delivers on the promise.
