Many industries and service areas make use of so-called conversation agents, virtual dialogue partners who answer user questions such as during museum tours. AIQ Talk is a powerful and user-friendly tool for creating such an agent, that allows software developers and UX designers to work together on a project incorporating user requirements and providing a pleasant user experience. The program is relatively easy to use and supports complex tasks, thus significantly simplifying designing a conversation agent.
