The Conti Hybrid Gen5 truck tyre was designed with upgraded treads and rubber compounds to meet the high demands of heavy fleet traffic, which is associated with frequent acceleration, braking, manoeuvring and cornering on a variety of surfaces. The casing construction ensures outstanding mileage, durability and traction with reduced rolling resistance. The jury was impressed by not only the innovative technical properties, but also the successful design implementation, which can be seen in the accentuated hexagonal hatching on the tyre sidewalls.
