The FUJIFILM VG-XH and FT-XH battery grips extend the capabilities of the X-H2 and X-H2S models from the manufacturer’s X series. The VG-XH improves camera handling when shooting in portrait mode or with larger lenses. It also holds two extra batteries, effectively tripling the number of shots that can be taken in one session. The FT-XH has an Ethernet port for the fast transfer of image data, which is particularly beneficial for sports photographers and photojournalists. The jury praised the fact that the battery grips are designed according to the same principle as the cameras, which means that the components combine seamlessly to form a high-performance unit.
