Google Store was reimagined to now tell a unified brand story that is visualised through a common design language targeting its audience worldwide on any device. The site uses scrolling behaviour to encourage discovery. As “touch and try” is not an option during online purchases, rich content is used to replicate this physical experience and promote product features. Interactivity drives engagement to connect with users emotionally. New functionality, including product comparison, bundling and streamlined navigation, was used to enhance shoppability and improve both conversions and SEO revenue.
