Harman Kardon for Renault Austral

The Harman Kardon audio system for the Renault Austral was developed in the context of close collaboration between the two manufacturers to achieve a harmonious overall appearance, reconcile the key design aspects of both brands and emphasise their design aspirations. The highlighted 60-degree pill shapes in the front door panels, for example, represent a signature Harman Kardon design feature. The special IP centre grille is produced using a process that makes it possible to create a three-dimensional shape from a single material. The jury liked the harmonious synthesis of the respective design languages, the precision of the design and the manufacturing implementation.
