HeartStart CPR Training Kit

返回 Download

The HeartStart CPR Training Kit is designed for large-scale training of non-professional rescuers, with emphasis on cost-effectiveness and user experience. Each year, millions of people die from cardiac arrest outside of hospitals, and bystanders who can give timely CPR will significantly reduce casualties. However, due to challenges in population size and limited educational resources, CPR training in China remains insufficient. Current training methods are costly and focus on theory over practice, resulting in inefficiency and poor skill retention. To address this, the project collaborated with first aid experts to develop a CPR training kit for the masses. This kit combines practical tools and a teaching system to provide a comprehensive, low-cost, and engaging learning experience. The kit consists of four learning modules: positioning, chest compressions, artificial respiration, and AED. These modules cover the fundamentals of CPR. The modular design saves material and space usage, allowing for more hands-on practice in less time. The strong feedback mechanism helps students quickly master techniques. The experiential learning-based teaching system consists of scenario-based competitions, knowledge explanations, practical exercises, follow-along games, and rankings. It enhances teaching and learning by allowing students to review and teach CPR following the training to promote greater public health.
