Independence

Independence supports easy grilling with digital functions, such as integrated control of the cooking chamber temperature. An extensive core temperature library helps users determine the desired core temperature for different foods, which is then monitored by a temperature sensor. In addition to “free grilling”, five other predefined modes can be selected. An infrared zone delivers temperatures of up to 900 degrees Celsius, ensuring perfect searing. The clear arrangement of the components and the elegant colour contrasts create a robust aesthetic.
