Joan Meeting Room Assistant is a digital door sign and conference room scheduling solution. It was developed specifically for identifying and managing meeting rooms. It is compatible with all standard office calendars, including Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, Google Apps and iCal. Joan connects itself to available Wi-Fi networks, is quick to install, requires no cables and uses little electricity. The system has no buttons, only an E Ink touchscreen and stays autonomous up to three months.
