In a saturated market, Line Taxi concentrates on passenger safety and comfort. The “Good Start” campaign is built around the message of “every destination marks a good start”. To create an environment where customers can rest and enjoy the trip, the company launched the “good rest mode” feature, with the possibility of selecting “no music” or “no conversation” before the ride. The campaign was rolled out via television commercials and various kinds of ads, such as out-of-home and digital, while the key visual featured prominently on over 500 taxis.
