The m.Doc Smart Health platform helps improve healthcare administration processes by digitally linking up patients and medical institutions. With its modular structure and open architecture, the portal aims to facilitate the incremental implementation and integration of existing systems and future solutions whilst maintaining high security and data-protection standards. The sixth version provides more communication options and tools than older versions, such as an internal messenger service for clinics, digital document signatures and an upgrade to the design of the patient journey.
