In its symbiosis of retro design and high-tech, the Melon Urban Active helmet meets the requirements for contemporary urban use. Due to the in-mold and reinforced polycarbonate construction, it is about 30 per cent lighter than other helmets with a closed shell design. Wearing comfort, user-friendliness and safety are ensured among other things by ventilation via twelve openings running parallel along the longitudinal axis of the head with aimed tangents to the on-coming air, size adjustment via a spin dial at the back and breathable, washable Coolmax padding in three strengths and 3M reflective logo stickers.
