Michel BRAS Mandoline

The Michel BRAS Mandoline includes five different blades made of VG-10 steel. It sets up diagonally and delivers particularly precise cutting of slices, crinkles, wafers as well as Julienne cuts. The freely adjustable blade allows flexible slice thickness of 1-10 mm and Julienne cuts of 3, 7 or 10 mm. A special food cart enables safe and easy handling while a convenient case safely stores and protects the blades after use.
