The design of the Millmii pepper mill is inspired by people with limited use of the fingers. It operates without turning the wrist or gripping with the fingers. Instead it is operated simply by rubbing it between the palms of the hands. When in use, the soft, studded rubber cover sticks to the hands and thus operates the mechanism. The pepper mill is available in many bright colours.
