MIR – Street Children

The online game “MIR – Street Children” targets teenagers whose media behaviour nearly completely excludes classical advertising. Young volunteers are recruited to actively support the project for the youth centre Ostrowok, which has been providing new, alternative prospects to Russian runaways for many years. The game has spread virally through the Internet and can be downloaded for free. By means of simple imagery, the user is able to experience the harsh reality of Russian daily life.
