Modular Frame Design
This modular, weld-free frame meets the demand for a future-ready e-bike that is flexible, efficient, and sustainable. Crafted from CNC-machined alloy tubes with mortise-tenon-inspired joints and bolts, the frame enables tool-free and seamless assembly, disassembly, and user customisation. Joints are bolted together with tight tolerance for long-term durability, and users can upgrade key modules instead of replacing the entire frame.
