Shades equipped with the SmartRise Cordless System are lowered like traditional cordless shades but to raise them, just lift the bottom rail to the desired height and it will stop precisely there. This makes it much easier to set several shades that are next to each other at the same height. Normally, shades have to be oppositely pulled downwards before they rise and then must again be given a downwards tug to stop at the desired level. Elimination of the two-step process makes the operation much more intuitive and user friendly.
