When cultivating cells, laboratory personnel must regularly monitor the condition of these microorganisms. To this end, the system regularly scans the cultures and carries outs cell-counts and density measurements. The data thus generated is then transmitted to a tablet or PC, so that the researchers can access it at any time and from any location.
