Pelican Patch

A pelican's gular pouch is prone to lateral tearing and extensive damage, often preventing the bird from hunting. Pelican Patch is designed to help repair damaged gular pouches by combining a high-elasticity mesh structure that provides stability with a small fixing head-mounted piece. To repair a gular pouch, release the fixing collar of the Pelican Patch and secure the mesh structure onto the pelican's beak. Next, lock the fixing collar in place at an optimal position around the beak. Finally, insert the magnetic closure into the connection between the artificial gular pouch and the attached fixing headpiece to complete the product installation. The injured pelican can now hunt and drink water. With Pelican Patch fitted, a pelican can move freely as they dive, hunt, and feed efficiently in the water without hindrance, since the product's design fully takes into account the natural body movements of pelicans. The highly elastic TPE plastic material is flexible enough to remain firmly attached while enabling normal swallowing and producing no discomfort during hunting.
