The Professional 36 Red was designed with the aim of combining professional cooking functions with traditional Italian design. The standard cooker incorporates six brass gas burners, of which two are conceived as double burners for a wok. The wide, cast-iron pot holders form a continuous flat surface for the cooking utensils. The gas oven is equipped with extensive accessories, among them a baking tray, a grill tray and a thermometer and features triple glazing. Its shiny red finish catches the eye in every kitchen.
