The design of the Ref-SmartWindow is based on the idea that a refrigerator can also be a status symbol. Its appearance is accordingly up-market, whereby integrated transparent areas at the front are the main feature. When the user approaches this Smart Window, it automatically lights up and presents a view of the food which is stored within easy reach behind the first door. At the same time, the refrigerator thus gives an impression of technical sophistication and clear interior design which is characterised by transparent areas and metal details.
