It furthermore contains a removable bread crumb tray with a food-safe plastic surface for easy cleaning. Its lower side has a nonslip surface, lending the product stability. The top-side cutting board is made of natural varnished bamboo, which has antibacterial qualities and absorbs only little moisture.
