The slim R&T UX9 smart toilet has a patented, water-saving and quiet flushing technology. It is operated mainly by sensor and voice control. Comfort functions such as the night light and catalyst cleaning are automated, as are the various washing and drying modes that render toilet paper superfluous. Different disinfection functions and antibacterial, dirt-repellent surfaces enhance cleanliness. “The clean lines and optional metal accents perfectly blend into sophisticated bathroom interiors. This smart WC functions discreetly and is visually unobtrusive,” the jury found.
