Health Solution, Web App for Guided Medication Therapy Management

Scholz online

Scholz online supports pharmacists in medication therapy management. The web app guides them through the workflow and helps them serve customers more efficiently. The application starts with a guided patient interview, continues with an automatic drug interaction check and ends with the doctor’s letter. Adverse drug reactions and potential risks are displayed visually using self-explanatory icons and colours that are easy to understand and assess. A progress bar keeps track of solved problems and a dashboard shows important information.
