Since a quiet environment in office spaces is essential for productive and creative work, rooms and offices are often treated for noise reduction. Silentum was designed as a new type of noise protection to create a more pleasant working atmosphere and thus more stimulating workplaces. These acoustic panels have excellent noise-reducing properties that are the result of extensive research in this area. Designed to showcase an attractive language of form, the panels can be installed across all kinds of office spaces to improve the overall acoustics by cornering unwanted and even disturbing noise. They are designed as free-standing sound columns of harmonious appeal. One column features 18 dedicated handcrafted Jasper panels by Acustio, which form a structure with a height of 195 cm. Unobtrusively fulfilling its function in an office space, the structure convinces with a minimalist, sleek aesthetics. In addition, the originally three-layer panel elements now feature an extra coloured mid-layer. The large selection of upholstery made of natural wool and high-quality synthetic felt enables countless colour and fabric combinations and lends the elements their soft and smooth appearance. Silentum is manufactured in an environmentally friendly and chlorine-free manner from recycled raw materials. Enriching any room with a friendly and attentive aesthetics, the panels can also be freely configured to be mounted on the wall.
