The SMX multitasking turning centre is based on a hexagonal design concept that is also applied in the pattern design of the available accessories. The inwardly curved lower edge of the front offers the user more space for the feet and improved access to the machine. The user console is equally user-friendly; it can be moved along a track, and its angle and height are adjustable. The extra-wide window area provides a generous field of vision.
