Toray RMV A/PURE Shuttle

A/PURE, a self-driving shuttle concept, is a flexible, on-demand mobility solution for public spaces, built on universal principles and designed to set a new standard in public transportation. Applying Toray’s innovative materials and RMV ́s mobility expertise, A/PURE is expected to boost the attractiveness of public transport and encourage users to opt for this autonomous shuttle service in the future. With eco-conscious interior materials like partially plant-based Ultrasuede® and Ultrasuede® nu and recycled carbon for the exterior, A/PURE prioritises sustainability. It features interchangeable cushions to reduce material use and simplify maintenance, while its inclusive design offers barrier-free access with an optional wheelchair area and low-angle ramp. A centre console with a service interface and help buttons enhances safety without the need for on-board staff. Energy-efficient E-Ink Displays that emit no blue light, create a calming atmosphere, while the wood-like finish and green colours produce a timeless, natural forest ambience. This focus on distinct functions allows for a trend-free interior design suitable for extended use.
