Venofix Safety is an IV needle for short-term infusion that has an integrated safety mechanism. This mechanism is activated by an audible click and automatically covers the needle tip after use, in order to ward against the danger of infection. The fixation wings are made of soft silicone and provide the option of being held together safely between thumb and index finger.
