As the WF-1000X in-ear headphones are completely wire-free, there is no cable noise resulting from, for instance, friction on the garment. In addition, the headphones offer advanced noise cancellation in connection with a smartphone app, adapting to the listener’s environment and activities. To ensure an interference-free Bluetooth connection with a mobile device, a two-part design was realised, with a laser-treated plastic piece serving as antenna.
