Willkommen bei den Buschs

This unpretentious brochure is aimed at marketing condominiums in Wilhelm-Busch-Straße, Frankfurt/Main. Inspired by the address, the layout echoes the congenial visual language of the poet and painter and intentionally does so without any computer renderings. The protagonists reflect a representative profile of the current residents. People interested in an apartment in close proximity to Uncle Nolte or Master Lämpel are invited in verse to a personal meeting. The humorous design concept lends each piece of real estate its own character.
